Healthy Green Goddess Dressing

This Healthy Green Goddess Dressing is made in 5 minutes using only a blender, a few fresh herbs, sour cream and a few kitchen basics. This fresh tasting dressing perfectly compliments salads, vegetable trays, or dishes.
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 juiced lemon
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 anchovies OR 1 TBS worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBS white wine vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 TBS olive oil
In a blender, combine basil, parsley , green onions, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies, white wine vinegar, sour cream, salt, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 5 days.
