Prepare the avocados. Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little of the avocado around where the pit was removed to make the "bowl" larger.
Stuff the avocados. Combine the mozzarella pearls, tomatoes, and basil in a small bowl and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the avocados. Drizzle with the balsamic and olive oil. Serve and enjoy. Mangia!
