  • 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes


  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Pour the crushed tomatoes in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the basil, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Simmer the sauce. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes or up to 2 hours. Serve with the pasta of your choice or store for later. Mangia!
