Prepare the ingredients. Place the link sausage in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes per side until the sausage is cooked thoroughly. Take the sausage out of the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. Leave the grease in the pan. Crack the eggs and fry them in the sausage grease. Place the refried beans in a small pan over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes until it is hot. Cut the cilantro, jalapeño, roma tomatoes, and limes to small bite size pieces.
Plate the ingredients. Place the tostadas on the serving platter first, since they are the largest ingredient. Place the refried beans, sour cream, and salsa in separate small bowls. Place the bowls on the serving platter or to the side. Divide each individual ingredient into a few groups around the platter so each ingredient is accessible from all sides of the platter.
Serve. Place a few spoons in the small serving bowls, and mangia!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray the front and back of the corn tortilla with cooking spray or use a pastry brush to brush on the oil of your choice. Lightly sprinkle salt on them.
Place the corn tortillas in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for 5 minutes. Flip the tortillas and bake for another 5-10 minutes until they are crispy. Remove them from the oven and enjoy!
