- 2 lbs Ground beef 90/10
- 3/4 c Coco aminos or soy sauce
- 1/2 c Dark brown sugar packed
- 1/2 White onion diced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger minced
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Garlic chili sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Spring onion Bundle
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- sesame seeds for topping
Place ground beef and olive oil into the pot. Push saute button on the instant pot. Cook until beef is browned with diced white onion.
Meanwhile in a glass liquid measuring cup add in coco aminos (or soy sauce), brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic chili sauce. Whisk well. Pour over ground beef and cook until the sauce thickens around the beef.
Diced tops of spring onions and save for topping. Cut bottoms into halves and toss into the pot and saute for 2 minutes.
Serve beef over white rice topped with sesame seeds and spring onions.
