Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Trees

Gluten-free peanut butter cookie trees are a festive and delicious treat that can be enjoyed by those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease with only 3 ingredients!

Equipment

  • 1 Stand Mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a medium bowl, beat together all ingredients until well combined.
  • Roll dough out flat and then use a small Christmas tree cookie cutter and cut out the trees.
  • Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. These do not expand much so you can place them pretty close together.
  • Bake for 8 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to racks with a cookie spatula.

Notes

Any peanut butter works for this recipe, but if you want to try something healthier, stick to the natural options in your local grocery store.
