- 2 tsp hibiscus tea (2 regular sized hibiscus tea bags)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice about 6 lemons

Make the simple syrup. Heat 2 cups of water over high heat to a boil. Place the hibiscus tea in the water and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Allow the tea to steep for up to 5 minutes. Place the simple syrup in the fridge until it is chilled.
Squeeze the lemons. Use a citrus juicer to squeeze the lemon juice.
Combine in a blender. In a high powered blender, combine teh hibiscus simple syrup, lemon juice, 1 cup of water, and 5 or 6 heaping cups of ice. Blend the mixture until it resembles the texture of an Icee. Serve with springs of mint, lemon slices, and cute straws. Mangia!
