Fig and Brie Galette

This easy and show stopping fig and brie galette is baked until the cheese is perfectly melted, then drizzled with a lavender honey. This is the perfect appetizer that is sweet, savory, and so festive!

- 1 store bought pie crust
- 16 oz brie cheese cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 cup figs sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp dried lavender flower
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Allow the pie crust to rest on the counter for 15 minutes. Roll the pie crust flat on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place the brie cheese in the center of the crust, then top with the sliced figs.
Drizzle the honey over the figs and brie cheese.
Grab the edges of the pie crust and bring it over the edges of the brie and figs, Pinch the dough into the next edge, then countinue until the all the edges of the pie crust are pinched over the cheese and figs.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Slice and serve immedietaly.
