- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 celery rib chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 c beef broth
- 2 potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 c milk
Garnish
- toasted hamburger buns
- shredded lettuce
- sliced pickles
Cook the meat with onion, celery, and garlic until done.
Stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes.
Add broth and potatoes.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, ketchup, mustard, and cheese.
Bring to a gentle boil then stir in the milk.
Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
