  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 2 anchovies + 1 tbsp of the oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve over Caesar salad.
