Air Fryer Cod

Sea Salt Savorings
A simple lightly seasoned fish recipe drizzled in fresh lemon juice, and sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cod filets
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut the lemon in half.
  • Pat the cod dry with a paper towel.
  • Add a piece of parchment paper fitted to the air fryer with holes poked in it for better airflow, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Set the cod on top of the parchment sheet, and drizzle with half of the fresh lemon and the olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes at 370 degrees.
  • Slice the remaining half lemon , then cut the slices in half. Chop the parsley.
  • Once the fish is done, sprinkle it with fresh parsley. Serve with a lemon slice.
