Air Fryer Cod

A simple lightly seasoned fish recipe drizzled in fresh lemon juice, and sprinkled with fresh herbs.

- 1 pound cod filets
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- fresh parsley
Cut the lemon in half.
Pat the cod dry with a paper towel.
Add a piece of parchment paper fitted to the air fryer with holes poked in it for better airflow, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Set the cod on top of the parchment sheet, and drizzle with half of the fresh lemon and the olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Air fry for 10 minutes at 370 degrees.
Slice the remaining half lemon , then cut the slices in half. Chop the parsley.
Once the fish is done, sprinkle it with fresh parsley. Serve with a lemon slice.
