Air fryer chicken Parmesan is a healthier twist on the classic Italian dish. By using an air fryer, you can achieve a crispy and golden crust without deep frying the chicken. This recipe combines tender chicken breasts with a flavorful breadcrumb and Parmesan coating, topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. - 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 c Bread Crumbs Use Italian bread crumbs for more flavor.
- 2 Eggs
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- Marinara Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Dip each chicken breast into egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
Repeat step 2 so each chicken breast is coated twice.
Sprinkle each coated chicken breast with garlic, salt & pepper.
Place in the air fryer and air fry for 20 minutes.
While chicken is in the air fryer warm up the marinara sauce on low heat.
Remove from air fryer.
Coat in heated marinara sauce.
Top with a slice of Provolone cheese and Enjoy!
