Air fryer chicken Parmesan is a healthier twist on the classic Italian dish. By using an air fryer, you can achieve a crispy and golden crust without deep frying the chicken. This recipe combines tender chicken breasts with a flavorful breadcrumb and Parmesan coating, topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. The result is a deliciously cheesy and satisfying meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 c Bread Crumbs Use Italian bread crumbs for more flavor.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Dip each chicken breast into egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
  • Repeat step 2 so each chicken breast is coated twice.
  • Sprinkle each coated chicken breast with garlic, salt & pepper.
  • Place in the air fryer and air fry for 20 minutes.
  • While chicken is in the air fryer warm up the marinara sauce on low heat.
  • Remove from air fryer.
  • Coat in heated marinara sauce.
  • Top with a slice of Provolone cheese and Enjoy!
