Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 links of Smart Chicken Organic Spinach Asiago Uncured Chicken Sausage sliced into 1/4" cuts
  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil chiffonade

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the olive oil, gnocchi, sausage, tomatoes, and garlic salt in a bowl and stir to combine.
    The gnocchi, tomatoes, sausage, and olive oil are combined in a bowl and stirred.
  • Lay the mixed ingredients on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes, until the tomatoes burst. Once the sheet pan gnocchi is done cooking, add the mozzarella pearls and fresh basil. Mangia!
    The gnocchi, tomatoes, and sausage is roasted on a sheet pan, then topped with fresh basil.
