Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the olive oil, gnocchi, sausage, tomatoes, and garlic salt in a bowl and stir to combine.
Lay the mixed ingredients on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes, until the tomatoes burst. Once the sheet pan gnocchi is done cooking, add the mozzarella pearls and fresh basil. Mangia!
