Healthy Green Goddess Dressing

This Healthy Green Goddess Dressing is made in 5 minutes using only a blender, a few fresh herbs, sour cream  and a few kitchen basics.  This fresh tasting dressing perfectly compliments salads, vegetable trays, or dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 anchovies OR 1 TBS worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBS white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine basil, parsley , green onions, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies, white wine vinegar, sour cream, salt, and olive oil.  Blend until smooth.  Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 5 days.
