Ingredients
- 1 c almond flour
- 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tsp water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend well until all ingredients are combined.
- Roll the dough out on a sheet of parchment paper on the counter, or a flat surface, until it is about ¼ inch thick.
- Slice the dough into squares, then again into triangles.
- Arrange uncooked crackers onto parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 7 minutes on one side. Flip crackers, then bake for an additional 7-9 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
- Once crackers are completely cooled, store in an airtight container for up to one week.
